Use of the website and apps
You may use the website and apps for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them, or use them in a way that harms us or other users.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code and trademarks belong to BY COTTAGE S.R.L. or its licensors.
App Store purchases
Paid apps, in-app purchases and subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Client services
Design and development services for clients are provided under a separate written contract, which prevails over these terms.
Liability
The website and apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data resulting from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Privacy
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers can also use alternative dispute resolution through ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
